The Cakery in Lansing, Michigan In the past 22 years I have made over 1800 wedding cakes. This comes to over 225,000 slices of delicious memories for wedding guests. These are some examples of my work. The cakes on this site were designed by the brides and made by me. They are covered in buttercream icing. I do not use rolled fondant except for some small accent work.
