Our Bagel is made with 100% sourdough yeast through a slow fermentation then shaped by hand then pass through a slow proofing process. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with natural ingredients that are chemical and preservative free.

  • Unbleached Whole Wheat Flour
  • Filtered Water
  • Naturally occurring Lactobacillus cultures /yeast
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Raw cane sugar

Direction For Use


Whole: Preheat the oven at 180°C the bake for 15 mins
Sliced: Place in Toaster / Pan toast for 5 mins medium heat each side


Room temperature :     3 - 4 days
Refrigerator :               1 - 2 weeks
Freezer :                 Up to 3 month
