- Filtered Water
- Naturally occurring lactobacillus cultures
- Himalayan pink salt
- Raw cane sugar
- Chia Seed
- Oat Milk
- Coconut Oil

    Direction For Use

    Reheating

    Whole: Preheat the oven at 180°C the bake for 15 mins
    Sliced: Place in Toaster / Pan toast for 5 mins medium heat each side
