Are all your cakes vegan or keto-friendly?

No. The dietary restrictions vary depending on the cake flavors chosen. If you choose a vegan flavor, then the cake will be vegan (except for My Lady). If you choose a gluten-free flavor, then the cake will be gluten-free.

There is an exception with Kickin' Keto. The cupcakes are completely keto-friendly but for whole cakes, the base will be keto but not the cream. If you would like something completely keto-friendly, please check out our Chocolate Indulgence or Keto Cheesecakes.

How many days in advance do I need to order?

For signature cakes, petits, sweet treats and hampers, orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance, except for some cakes listed below.

In the case of an urgent need of a cake, you make email us at info@thecakeryhk.com or contact us through the Live Chat to check whether the product can be done. Note that for urgent orders, extra charges may apply.

For bespoke products, orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. We do not take urgent orders.

How big are the cakes?

Mini serves 2-4 people

4" serves 4-6 people

6" serves 8-12 people

8" serves 15-22 people

What is the shelf life?

Since we do not add any preservatives in our products, it is best to consume within 2 days.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to Hong Kong island (HKD 150), Kowloon (HKD 250), New Territories (HKD 350) and Tung Chung (HKD 500). We do not deliver to Outlying Islands or Discovery Bay.

Our driver will not wait for more than 15 minutes. In case no one is available to receive the order when the delivery arrives, The Cakery is not responsible for additional costs incurred in delivery charges. The client may choose to pick up free of charge at one of The Cakery's locations or pay for redelivery.

Allergens Disclaimer: At The Cakery, we offer a wide range of products that are gluten free. However, our products are made in Hong Kong at a facility where gluten and nuts are handled.
