Shop Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation issues including selling food products, food preparation and display, customer orderings, operating the cash register, opening and closing etc.

• Provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to customers.

• Assist & support to retail store marketing and promotion programs.

• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standard of the shop.

Requirements:

• Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking.

• Excellent communication, customer service and selling skills, responsible, proactive and good team player.

• Relevant working experience at bakery or cafe is preferred but not necessary.
